Data collected and purposes
When you use ValyData we collect the data needed to provide the service: the addresses you search and the reports you generate. If you contact us through the contact form or by email we collect your name, email, company, sector and any message. We use this data only to run the analyses, answer your requests and manage your relationship with the service.
Legal basis and retention
Processing is based on the performance of the requested service, on your consent where required and on legal obligations. We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service and handle requests and, unless required by law, we delete it when it is no longer necessary or when you withdraw consent.
Providers and transfers
We use technical providers to run the service, including hosting infrastructure and contact-management tools such as Listmonk, hosted on our infrastructure or on servers located in the EU. Data is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes and is never sold.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may also withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
Analytics and preferences
When configured, the site uses Matomo to measure usage of the service: analytics is activated only after you give consent through the first-visit banner. You can withdraw or change that choice at any time with the analytics-choice control on this page. Withdrawal stops analytics and removes its first-party cookies. The selected theme, market and language are technical preferences required for the site to work and are not subject to analytics consent.
